August 7, 2008—March 27, 2009

On March 27, 2009 at 8:07am at BC Children’s Hospital, Ella sang her final song after a lifelong illness. Our little Angel was surrounded by her family, her favorite stuffed toys Ralf, Mula Visa and Pinky and caregivers who love her.

Ella leaves behind her Mama, Yolaine Dupont and her Papa, Chris Bedassie ; her grand-parents Kamla and Kumar Bedassie, Jacques Dupont and Ghislaine Filion ; her aunts Marie-Claude Dupont and Janic Gosselin ; her uncles Jacques-Andre Dupont and Martin Delisle ; her beloved cousins Samia Dupont and Renaud Delisle and many other relatives who cherished her.

Though Ella spent most of her life at BCCH she brightened the days of everyone who came in contact with her thanks to her sweet smile, dancing feet, lounging poses and vivid eyes.

A Memorial Prayer Service will be held at St. Augustine’s Church in Kits on Saturday April 4 at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation in memory of Ella Dupont Bedassie.
